Version 13
The version numbers are fairly meaningless - they just represent the order I put them up in, there is no commensurate scalar improvement in the content.
I haven't left 'marked changes' between this version and no. 12, because the changes were so extensive the markups were meaningless.
I may revert for future versions, but it depends on what they look like.
